I believe in treating the root cause of the problem, rather than focusing only on the symptoms. By removing barriers to the normal functioning of the body you allow it to heal itself and, as a result, symptoms begin to be resolved.

In general I aim to achieve resolution, or at least a significant improvement of a patient's problem within
2-4 treatments.
I have worked with patients from as early as 3 weeks old through to 94 years of age. This has given me an excellent insight and understanding of how the body changes throughout each stage of its life.

I specialise in treatment of all muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, nerves and organs.
I also go further by identifying useful tools to enhance injury, pain and tissue recovery, whether that be through nutrition, hydrotherapy or lifestyle alterations.
My overall goal is to help people as quickly as possible in the most affordable manner.

- First Class Honours in Masters of Osteopathic & Naturopathic Medicine 2012-2016
- Opened my clinic at Little Grove in 2016
- Provided post-race massage to London Marathon runners in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness
- Provided treatment for the Island Games Gymnasts Team in Gotland 2017
- Numerous visits to local and corporate businesses to provide 'Wellness Days' treatments to employees on-site
- Worked with amateur and professional athletes for recovery, rehab and competition prep
- Fulfils all CPD requirements, with regular discussions both on Island and across the UK
- Registered with the General Osteopathic Council
